As a member of Workplace Trust, you will play a key role in operationalizing privacy across Amazon’s global employee, candidate, and contingent worker populations. This includes engaging with multiple stakeholders across the enterprise to help ensure compliant outcomes. You will be responsible for handling global HR data requests in line with global privacy regulatory requirements, including CPRA and GDPR.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will play a key member of our team, focusing on data request handling and data analysis. You'll process and analyze various HR data requests while generating comprehensive reports that provide valuable insights for decision-making. Managing data privacy is crucial as you'll handle sensitive data subject requests and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining accurate records and meeting critical deadlines.
You'll be responsible for monitoring and managing service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring all activities align with regulatory requirements. As we continuously strive for excellence, you'll contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives. When challenges arise, you'll be expected to respond promptly to questions, manage escalations, and troubleshoot issues effectively. Strong communication skills are vital as you'll regularly interact with internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

• Process and analyze HR data requests

• Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
• Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs in line with regulatory requirements
• Support HR process improvements
• Respond to questions and escalations, while troubleshooting issues
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
