Position Overview:
This Senior Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the supply chain. This position involves developing and implementing advanced digital solutions that enable the business to achieve its strategic initiatives, priorities, and goals. As a best-in-class analyst, you will lead complex projects, deploy cutting-edge tools and techniques, and mentor junior analysts to elevate the overall analytical capabilities of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and manage sophisticated digital solutions to achieve organizational goals.Collaborate across the supply chain to understand and address complex challenges with innovative digital products.Lead and oversee digital product projects from requirements gathering through to adoption, ensuring successful implementation and value delivery.Architect and optimize efficient data pipelines from source to end product, leveraging advanced data engineering techniques.Combine deep business acumen with advanced analytical skills to contextualize visualizations and products, providing actionable insights.Clearly communicate complex analysis findings, summarize results, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership and various organizational levels.Solve intricate analytics problems independently and collaboratively, utilizing state-of-the-art tools and methodologies.Maintain and enhance a portfolio of digital products, ensuring they continuously meet and exceed customer needs.Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques, and proactively integrate them into the team's workflow.Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline6+ years of professional working experience in analytics or a related area of focus is required.Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts clearly and effectively.Extensive experience with data ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes, including advanced data engineering techniques.Strong personal initiative and resourcefulness, with a proven track record of driving projects to successful completion.Advanced proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, Snowflake, SQL Server, PowerApps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Data Robot.Expertise in prioritizing and managing multiple complex tasks and deadlines effectively.Ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines and firm schedules, demonstrating strong time management skills.Competence in presenting complex analytic products to business users and senior leadership, providing actionable insights.Adaptability to embrace and drive change in a rapidly evolving environment.Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle intricate analytics challenges.Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting, demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring skills.In-depth knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools, with the ability to create compelling visualizations.Proficiency in machine learning and predictive analytics, with experience deploying cutting-edge tools and techniques.Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and address complex business challenges through data-driven solutions.Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and methodologies.Working Conditions:
Hybrid office environment (3 days in office, 2 days of flexibility)
The starting pay range for Minnesota is $87,000 to $115,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
