Sr. Data Analyst
**Job Summary:** The Supply Chain Senior Data Controller is responsible to ensure proper management and accuracy of supply chain master data for all Crane A&E business systems. This includes manages, standardizes, review and ensures accuracy of the Supply chain data of ERP system. The Supply Chain Data Controller overseas the entire process of data upload and its compliance to system set up, review, and assess data accuracy, identify data variance, and propose method of improvement. **Essential Functions:** + Manage and ensure accuracy of all data upload of all Supply Chain master data. + Ensure that Supply Chain information is safe and accurate. + Design and manage a high-volume report from the ERP system using the SQL database. + Write and update the SQL codes to customize reports required for corporate executives and supply chain managers. + Advise and make needed decision on data issue and support data reviews. + Manage a high-volume Excel reports and QC the data accuracy across multiple reports. + Review the cost variance / Delta for actual cost changes to frozen cost monthly. + Report the inventory growth and forecast for the executive management in a weekly basis. + Manage all supply chain data upload including Pricelist, frozen Cost, Commodity code, MOQ, lead time, HTS, Tariff duty %. + Troubleshoot upload issues. + Support both strategic and tactical supply chain with all their reporting and data requirements. + Provide advice and work on solution for both data and reporting problems. + Secure timely data processing that supports supply chain functions specially for MRP generation. **Non-Essential Functions:** + Provide support to tactical supply chain manger in data update and review. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a data management in ERP environment. + Knowledge: Working knowledge and understanding of Supply chain process in manufacturing environment. + Skills/Abilities: Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and team skills; Proficient computer skills and knowledge of standard business application software (e.g., Word, Excel). + Education/Certification: BA or BS degree. + **Eligibility Requirement:** This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). **Preferred Qualifications:** + Oracle ERP experience + MBA + Design and create reports using ERP data tables. **Working Conditions:** + The working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. + Manufacturing operations may require the use of a safety equipment to include but not limited to eye safety glasses, gowning, masks, hearing protection, heel/wrist straps and any other required PPE + May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as load noises, cold temperatures, + Flexible and willing to work overtime if necessary. + Standing: 25% *percentage is a approximate and may vary depending on work task + Sitting: 75% *percentage is a approximate and may vary depending on work task + Lifting (in pounds): up to 10 pounds + Pushing (in pounds): up to 10 pounds + Mental/Visual: Use of computer + Workspace (line, cube, etc): cubicle, desk **Top Benefits:** **_Salary range: $107,000 - $130,800_** Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications.
