Work You’ll do
As part of our team, you will develop and drive the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and roadmap, providing expert guidance on the design and implementation of security architectures and frameworks. You will advise senior leadership on emerging threats, security trends, and best practices, while leading advanced threat intelligence and analysis efforts. Your responsibilities will include overseeing complex incident response activities, refining incident response plans and playbooks, and designing advanced security solutions for critical systems and applications. You will evaluate and recommend cutting-edge security technologies, ensure security controls are integrated throughout the system development lifecycle, and conduct advanced vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations, conduct risk assessments, and develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies. You will also prepare documentation for compliance audits, deliver advanced security awareness training, participate in cybersecurity research and development initiatives, and represent the organization at industry conferences and forums.
The team
Our Cyber Defense & Resilience offering assists clients in defending against advanced threats by transforming security operations, monitoring technology, data analytics, and threat intelligence. Helps manage and protect dynamic attack surfaces and provides rapid crisis and cyber incident response, ensuring clients can be ready for, respond to, and recover from business disruptions.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelors Degree requiredActive TS/SCI with Poly requiredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment sponsorship, now or at any time in the future7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong background in leading complex security projects, security architecture, threat analysis, and incident response. Deep expertise in technical risk analysis across enterprise IT systems, cloud environments, mobile/wireless networks, and a wide range of security technologies (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection). Proficiency in scripting, automation, and advanced security tools for vulnerability analysis, encryption, network management, and disaster recovery, with hands-on experience using tools such as Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, and cloud hypervisors. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

Certifications such as CompTIA Sec+, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC Security Expert (GSE) are highly desirable.
