Description
We are looking for a dedicated Sr. Customer Service Representative to join our client in West Minnesota Metro. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an opportunity to work in a growing industry, focusing on providing exceptional support to clients and ensuring their inquiries are handled with efficiency and professionalism. As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and uphold the company’s commitment to quality service. Responsibilities:
+ Perform extensive computer-based work, focusing primarily on email communication with customers.
+ Process customer orders received via email in their computer system.
+ Spend 90% of the workday handling orders and responding to customer inquiries.
+ Manage high-volume order processing workflows, with workloads that fluctuate between busy and quieter periods throughout the day.
+ Communicate with business-to-business (B2B) customers exclusively through email.
+ Accurately enter and process customer orders in multiple different systems.
+ Review data meticulously to ensure accuracy and promptly identify and correct errors.
+ Reference unique customer price sheets for order processing, ensuring precise alignment with pricing and shipment details (e.g., ship-to addresses, item numbers, required dates).
+ Release and advance orders or manually input order details when necessary—simple, streamlined processes guided by customer-specific pricing sheets.
Requirements
+ Proven experience in customer service or order entry support roles.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and professionalism.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
+ Proficiency in major ERP or Office Suite tools.
+ Collaborative mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering quality service.
+ Ability to quickly adapt to new systems, workflows, and contract-based roles.
