Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sterling, Virginia. In this role, you will play a key part in managing data integrity, enhancing quality standards, and serving as a liaison between our organization and customers. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic service-focused environment within the construction, hvac, electrical, plumbing, pest control, or trade association industries.
