Description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Customer Service Representative to join our team in Centerville, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in managing data integrity, enhancing quality standards, and serving as a liaison between our organization and external partners. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic service-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with external organizations to improve the accuracy and reliability of data within the Global Unique Device Identification Database.
• Develop and document corrective action plans using Microsoft tools to address data inconsistencies.
• Assist in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for identifying inactive or dissolved businesses.
• Provide exceptional customer support to resolve data discrepancies and ensure a seamless service experience.
• Analyze customer data issues, offering solutions and promoting the value of tools, services, and educational opportunities.
• Overcome objections effectively and guide customers toward actionable solutions or behavioral changes.
• Simplify complex processes and terminology into clear, step-by-step instructions for customer understanding.
• Work independently with self-motivation to achieve assigned goals and developmental objectives.
• Adapt communication approaches to suit varying customer styles and personalities.

Requirements • Proficiency in CRM systems and data processing tools.
• Experience managing both inbound and outbound calls in a detail-oriented environment.
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex customer data issues.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical jargon.
• Demonstrated ability to influence customer decisions and overcome objections.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently while meeting goals.
