As Sr.Customer Operation Specialist ,this role will work closely with Global Operations organization to ensure timely order processing. The ideal candidate is passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction and can work objectively and execute daily routine tasks with great attention to details and accuracy.

Responsibilities Work with customers and sales team to handle customer orders, timely and accurately process all orders in SAP to improve order fulfillment rate, and manage the whole shipment arrangementWork with service team to ensure all orders are delivered in time and upload delivery information in CIT systemAct as a window person to responsible for daily interaction and order inquires; Relied upon as an expert when working in teams and cross functionallyTrack the progress on order fulfillment and drive the efforts cross-functionally to maximize coverage and shipment ratePrepare necessary report (Backlog report/ DC tracking report, etc.) , and use a data driven approach to analyze and rapidly address complex business challengesIdentify opportunities and share process improvement ideas for greater team success, provide critical support to internal business partners and external customersPossesses effective understanding and comprehension of products, processes, systems and applicationsGood at learning new products, process systems and applications and quickly acquiring technical knowledge, assist coworkers in order or process related issues and training needs Qualifications University Degree in International Trade or Logistics, or a related field of studyFamiliar with import and export business, 5+ years of relevant work experience in Customer Operations Order Process Management Proficient knowledge of MS Office tools and related IT software & working knowledge in SAP and Documentary Credit is a plus
