The Sr. CRM Success Manager functions as a primary systems expert to identify and resolve issues that lead to a better user experience within the Salesforce ecosystem. Acts with strategic thinking on how to make the tool sustainable long term while also providing a streamlined user interface for all stakeholders. Utilizes strong change management skills and governance process thinking. Works business tickets to completion quickly and in a timely manner. Communicates clearly and effectively to stakeholders to resolve and document issues, solutions and best practices. Oversees all Territory Management activities in Salesforce to ensure territories are set and managed with the highest degree of accuracy and timeliness.
