ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

TelevisaUnivision is the leading Spanish-language media company in the world! We’re investing in our content, our people, and our properties, which span digital, streaming, social, audio, linear, and live events. We’re expanding our offerings and building on the success of our global streaming platform ViX.

The CRM team at ViX is looking for a strategic, collaborative, and insights-driven professional to lead key initiatives that enhance user engagement and drive growth across both AVOD and SVOD. In this role, you will help shape and execute CRM strategies that deliver personalized experiences, increase subscriber retention, and support product updates. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to maximize platform impact through data-backed decisions.

ABOUT YOU:

Passionate about using CRM strategies to enhance user engagement and drive growth across AVOD and SVOD models.Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and turning insights into actionable updates that improve the product experience.Take initiative, have excellent cross-functional communication skills, and are driven by curiosity and continuous improvement.

YOU DAY-DAY:

Drive updates to the video subscription streaming service through CRM strategies.Increase the number of subscribers in both AVOD and SVOD models.Use data to develop multichannel marketing strategies across all available and emerging marketing channels.Develop and test hypotheses to evaluate optimal approaches for increasing updates.Partner with key groups such as Product, Data Analysis, Strategy, and Acquisition Marketing to maximize platform updates.Report on performance and insights related to campaigns, customer behavior, testing, and other findings to leadership.Collaborate closely with the VP of CRM for VIX, as well as with peers with other CRM experiences.Develop best practices to understand what messages to send, which channels to use, and who to contact to update the product.

YOU HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.Certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot), Marketing Automation, or Data Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, LookerCourses in Customer Lifecycle, Audience Segmentation, or Growth Marketing are highly valued.English advanced (spoken and written), required for collaboration with global teams.Proficient in CRM tools, dashboards, and A/B testing methodologies.Data analysis and generating actionable insightsHighly analytical and data-driven decision-making.

Must be willing to work from office in Santa Fe-Ciudad de Mexico   Employment/education will be verified
