Sr. Credit Analyst
Job Title: Sr. Credit Analyst

ResponsibilitiesAssess credit limits for new and existing customers and projects, providing recommendations after thorough analysis of various factors.Analyze customers' financial information, including income statements, cash flow history, current debt, balance sheets, and credit reports.Provide assessments on the profitability of default by a customer and determine the risk of extending secured and unsecured credit.Coach less experienced team members on transactions and accounts.Research public records, such as county register’s databases and Secretary of State Database, for corporate and UCC filings.Ensure CMC is secured via lien on construction projects and communicate with internal and external customers regarding credit eligibility and limits.Maintain and improve compliance with the Credit and Collection policy, ensuring systematic follow-up and review according to standards.Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external customers and other principal industry suppliers.Participate in miscellaneous projects as needed.Essential Skills4+ years of credit review and approval experience in a construction or manufacturing environment.Knowledge of construction mechanic lien and bonds a plusExtensive experience in analyzing financial statements and interpreting consumer and commercial credit reports.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, and experience managing credit in SAP or related ERP systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong detail orientation, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and customer relations abilities.Strong analytical and statistical skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including telephone communication with multiple stakeholders.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
