Sr. Corporate Paralegal
Description Contract Drafting and Administration ● Draft, review, and manage contracts and proposals to ensure proper terms, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and applicable laws. ● Participate in and support contract negotiations. ● Serve as a liaison between TopDog Law and partner firms across the country, drafting clear and strategic communications. ● Maintain a robust project management system with efficient search and retrieval capabilities. ● Manage deadlines and renewals, and initiate amendments or terminations as required. ● Monitor and manage contract performance to safeguard the firm’s legal and financial interests. General Corporate Matters ● Draft and file various corporate filings internally and with regulatory agencies. ● Support the General Counsel with legal research, process improvements, and special projects as assigned. Regulatory Compliance ● Perform regulatory filings and interface with regulatory agencies, including state bars across the country. ● Assist with drafting and dispersing internal compliance policies. Cross-Departmental Collaboration ● Partner with leadership, Inventory, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between operational needs, business goals, contracts, dockets, and financial records. --- Required Qualifications ● Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal in an AmLaw 200 law firm or corporate legal department of a public or large private company. ● Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field, such as Business, Accounting, Legal Studies, English, or Political Science. ● Strong command of legal contract principles, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices. ● Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace. --- Preferred Qualifications ● Paralegal certification or ABA-approved paralegal degree. ● Familiarity with CRM systems, project management software, and digital marketing concepts. ● Experience building or managing contract databases and project management tools. --- Requirements Corporate Governance, Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, Trial Preparation, Entity Formation Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
