Responsibilities What You'll Do: V2X is seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Manager, Corporate Logistics to lead and oversee the company’s Warehousing and Transportation operations across CONUS and OCONUS locations. This critical role is responsible for optimizing inventory management, warehousing performance, and transportation logistics in alignment with contractual obligations, cost-efficiency goals, and export/import compliance regulations. Interfaces with Program Management and USG business representatives as the primary V2X point of contact for all Corporate Transportation and Logistics Support requirements. Directly responsible for the day-to-day management, supervision, and performance of all Logistics operations, administration, support, configuration control, property management, computerized maintenance management system, and fleet management. Works closely with the program staff and organizations across the AOR to ensure proper coordination and communication occurs to enhance overall mission accomplishment. Works with Task Order Senior Leaders to ensure the successful completion of USG contract operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage corporate warehouse policies, layout designs, material flow, and KPI performance. Ensure segregation of government-owned, contractor-acquired, and repairable inventory. Lead continuous improvement efforts for inventory accuracy, space optimization, and audit readiness. Oversee all transportation functions, including freight routing, carrier selection, and TMS implementation. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for domestic and international shipments. Ensure regulatory compliance (ITAR, EAR, HAZMAT, FMS, etc.) for all logistics movements. Directly supervise regional logistics leads and warehouse managers. Develop workforce training programs to support operational growth and regulatory compliance. Provide performance feedback, workforce development, and succession planning. Monitor budget performance, freight cost variance, and vendor billing accuracy. Collaborate with Procurement and Program Managers to align warehousing and transport services with contractual and SLA requirements. Drive integration of warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and property tracking tools. Provide regular reporting on KPIs, compliance risk, shipping delays, and warehouse inventory levels. Develops, implements, and applies effective and efficient management control procedures. Ensures that quality standards are applied to all levels of the work and measured for effectiveness. Develops, implements, and applies effective and efficient management control procedures. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certifications: One year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if a degree is required. Bachelor's degree in fields similar to business administration or supply chain management. Experience: Minimum 10 years of logistics experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Five (5) years of specialized experience operating managerial activities in a type of work involving a combination of logistical and operational support functions directly related to military garrison logistics management and readiness. This includes the ability to implement future programs relative to the above. Proven experience managing multi-site warehousing and transportation operations. Experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting strongly preferred. Other Requirement: US citizenship required Supervisory/Budget Responsibilities: Provides direct supervision to Transportation and Warehouse personnel at the V2X Madison facility and general guidance to Operations personnel at V2X site-level locations. Skill: Able to effectively manage unit status and material readiness programs, logistical training, and support, produce succinct and professional military correspondence, and possess a keen knowledge and understanding of the military chain of command. Software: Strong knowledge of WMS/TMS systems and government property control standards. Microsoft Office Suite SharePoint Technology: Company computer, printer, copy machine, and other general office equipment. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company. USD $ 105,000 - 175,000 Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
