Let’s talk about the role

Are you a visual storyteller? A brand strategist? Someone who has brought connected consumer products to market? The role of a Senior Manager, Marketing in a consumer health technology company requires a versatile skill set that blends forward-thinking marketing expertise with a deep understanding of connected consumer technology landscape. The role will require strategic thinking, a customer-centric approach, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to navigate regulatory complexities while still delivering impactful, data-driven campaigns.  This role will be the consumer marketing leader for our product and service launches, working closely with product marketing to ensure the optimal experience.

Working closely with the product and sales teams to ensure product, marketing and sales are aligned on goals, messaging, and lead generation strategies.Partnering with product marketing managers and development teams to understand features, benefits, and updates, ensuring marketing is accurately conveying the product's value proposition.Gathering and integrating customer feedback to improve marketing efforts and product development.Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.Continuously optimizing launch marketing campaigns based on data insights and market feedback.Lead consumer marketing within our rePAP or product renewal effortsLead the creation of product storytelling around product and service innovations to connect with consumers emotionallyBuilding relationships with providers, influencers, and other strategic partners to amplify brand awareness and integrate into GTM executionPost purchase engagement on products and services. Optimizing content and evolving CRM to personalize content for Resmed consumers

Minimum 6 years’ experience in consumer marketingA portfolio of real world examples that exemplify your best workExperience leading integrated marketing campaignsExperience pushing the creative boundaries and work levelExperience leading B2C product and brand campaignsExperience managing and growing and maintaining products and services in market with data driven decision making, engagement and proven growthExperience using an array of martech platforms with data & analytical platforms to develop strategic decision

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree required / MBA desired10+ years of related experience.Consumer marketing a must

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is:  $146,000- $218,000
