People Insights: Need a Consulting Sr. Manager/Manager - who has knowledge of Organization wider Skills Development program - starting with Skills Strategy, need in-demand skills inventory, get colleagues to update their skills profile, support Talent Acquisition team of colleague services org with assessing a tool, e.g. analyze 3 options - Censia vs TechWulf vs Developing this capability within Workday; Key Skills/experiences - must have - Skills strategy; Software Selection; HR function experience; Workday platform, program/project management. Location - NY/NJ metro area
