YOUR IMPACT:

OpenText provides cloud environment for addressing the B2Bi and MFT needs of various customers from different geos and business domains. Customers can choose the OpenText Managed Service cloud with public, private or hybrid models of deployments Analyst team would be responsible for the analysis of various B2B implementation requests. Team will gather and analyze the customer business requirements and design & develop the mapping specification documents – P2P, Canonical etc. Once the specification is created, it will be handed over to the map development team. During the course of the map development and testing, analyst team will provide the necessary support to the development and QA team by clarifying all their questions. Analyst team will validate the map developed, and provide the necessary approvals and submit the same for the end customer approval. Once the customer approved the map, analyst team will coordinate with Integration team to get the maps deployed in the required environments (Pre-Prod / Prod). 

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

Lead one or more projects in the capacity of a Key Analyst by interacting with all the project stakeholders and customers to gather the requirements, Develop and build EDI maps (inbound and outbound) using Biz Trans or Contivo as the mapping translator based on the document, structures and specifications, testing with sample data, generating the output and validating the outputExcellent B2B/EDI business knowledge to understand the customer’s business requirements, converting it into correlation document and build maps based on the correlation doc.Mentoring and guiding the junior members of the teamCommunicate overall status of map development/changes to Project Lead/Manager and other project stakeholders.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Excellent Knowledge of EDI Standards like ANSI X12, EDIFACT, TRADACOM, XML, RosettaNetExtensive mapping knowledge in GXS AI / BizTrans / ContivoBE/B.Tech /ME/ M.Tech/MCA with 5-8 years of work experience.Good experience on XML, XSLT and XPathExperience on Spec builderKnowledge of communication protocols like VAN, FTP, sFTP, FTPS, OFTP, AS2 HTTP etc.Knowledge on Unix/Linux commands.Scripting knowledge – Shell/Python/Perl/Java scripting.Basic understanding of Trading partner setup and enablement.Deployment of artifacts like Maps, Tables etc., and debugging and resolving the CAT and/or production issues.Strong communication skills - verbal, written and listening
