**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 9 to 12 years of experience in Life and Annuities Insurance. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. This role involves providing expert guidance and solutions to our clients ensuring their business needs are met effectively and efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Provide expert consultation on Life and Annuities Insurance to clients ensuring their business requirements are met. + Develop and implement strategic solutions to improve client operations and achieve business goals. + Conduct thorough analysis of client processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions. + Oversee the implementation of new systems and processes ensuring seamless integration with existing operations. + Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. + Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are completed on time. + Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client knowledge and capabilities. + Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients addressing any issues or concerns promptly. + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions. + Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients outlining project outcomes and recommendations. + Foster strong relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience in Life and Annuities Insurance. + Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Should be proficient in project management and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. + Must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time. + Should be adaptable and able to work in a hybrid model. + Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently. + Should have a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices. + Must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. + Should have experience in conducting workshops and training sessions. + Must be able to prepare detailed reports and documentation. + Should have a client-focused approach and be committed to their success. + Must be proactive and able to address issues promptly and effectively.
