Job Description

The Services Digitization organization is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the expansion of Visa’s primary customer support portals, servicing a wide range of client types worldwide through AI, self-service tools, and a robust CRM system. The Senior Consultant, Product Management will focus on delivering products that elevate the client experience, making engagement with Visa’s support teams simple, intuitive, and rewarding.

This is a broad-reaching role that requires strong cross-functional collaboration, product leadership, and a deep understanding of Visa’s service excellence promise.

Key responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for product development from discovery to delivery and iteration/optimization. Driving the product execution internally and capturing feedback by interacting directly with our clients, internal stakeholders and subject-matter experts, and our development teams.

Contribute to the vision and strategy for Visa’s main support portal, including but not limited to portal consolidation, database mapping, adoption, onboarding, user experience, and ticket management.Collaborate cross-functionally with customer support, UX design, CRM, development, and business teams as needed, ensuring alignment with goals, roadmap, and Visa’s broader strategy.Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from discovery to development, through launch and continuous optimization.Lead ongoing product analysis efforts to identify user needs and solve problems in effective, innovative, and sustainable ways.Engage with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand user needs, map personas, and validate use cases for various market segments globally.Work with technology, security, and risk teams to ensure the solutions meet Visa’s high standards for security and compliance.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhDProven product management experience with a track record of bringing large-scale solutions to marketFamiliarity and experience with GenAI product solutioningExperience in API-driven product development and working with engineering teams in an agile environmentDeep M&A and/or product consolidation experience is highly preferredExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within Visa and externally with clientsStrong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategiesProven experience collaborating cross-functionally across product, engineering, sales, marketing, risk, and compliance teamsA passion for constant learning and development, as well as a deep commitment to delivering innovative, user-friendly, and secure product experiences.

What will also help:

Background or experience in financial and/or payments productsExperience in user behavior analytics (Pendo, Google Analytics, Medallia, Tableau, etc.)
