**What You'll Be Doing**
As an integral member of the National Sales office, Personal Banking & Imperial Service Marketing team, reporting to the Director, Content Strategy and Development, the Senior Consultant, Multimedia Content Strategy and Production is responsible for building and executing multimedia content for both client-facing and advisor-facing audiences for Personal Banking & Imperial Service National Office marketing team. This includes producing and curating educational and market insight videos and podcasts for clients, as well as internal video content such as business updates, success stories and best practices. This role plays a critical part in bringing our strategy to life through compelling, insight-driven storytelling that enhances the advisor-client relationship, supports client ambitions, strengthens our brand visibility across platforms, and reflects our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience. A collaborative partner across multiple lines of business, the Senior Consultant serves as an internal expert on multimedia content, helping to make financial expertise accessible, engaging and aligned with CIBC’s strategic priorities.

**How You’ll Succeed**
+ **Multimedia production:** Lead end-to-end production of video and podcast content, including concept development, storyboards, scripting, expert onboarding, logistics, interviewing guests/experts, post-production, and publication while ensuring alignment with brand voice, compliance standards and strategic business goals.
+ **Content planning and editorial oversight:** Support the Imperial Service and Personal Banking content strategy by creating and curating timely content that aligns with business priorities and engages key client segments. Manage the content calendar and production while contributing to writing and editing across formats, including video and podcast scripts, email communications, and social content. Ensure all content adheres to high standards of quality and is consistent with brand voice, accessibility and compliance regulations **.**
+ **Cross-functional collaboration:** Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners including Media Centre, Corporate Events, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Tax, Economics, Brand, Digital, Compliance, Legal, Communications, and third-party production vendors to deliver high-quality, audience-first content.
+ **Project and relationship management:** Oversee project timeline, stakeholder approvals and resource coordination. Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and production partners to deliver a seamless experience. Discover opportunities to collaborate and build relationships with external media partners and vendors.

+ **You can demonstrate** **6 to 8 years of work experience** in multimedia production and strategic content development, ideally within the financial services or marketing **.**
