Job Description
Our Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a well-known commercial general contractor on a multi-family senior living center project in Brandywine, MD. This role involves managing large-scale projects ranging from $1 million to $75 million.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate schedules with other Project Managers, Superintendents, and Subcontractors.Monitor daily construction procedures.Manage multiple projects, write subcontracts, and negotiate and award work.Review and prepare subcontractors' scope of work.Assist in the estimating process.Review and prepare change orders.Develop and track submittals, RFIs, and cost reports.Maintain owner relations.Essential Skills10-15 years of experience supporting ground-up construction as a Project Manager.Experience overseeing multifamily and commercial projects.Project size management of $10 million to $50 million.Both interior renovations and base build experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExpertise in project management for commercial and multifamily construction.Experience in ground-up and base build construction.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $57.69 - $67.31/hr.
