About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Communications Specialist who will play a pivotal role in effectively conveying our corporate messages externally and internally, helping to enhance the company’s brand profile in the Chinese market and our employer branding as a great place to work.

Role responsibilities:

Work together with Communications Director in developing and delivering comprehensive local communications strategies both external and internalAssist in maintaining and expanding relationships with key media outlets and other key stakeholdersSupport the production and dissemination of communication materials such as press releases, brochures, website/intranet content, and other communications materials and report on the effectiveness of communicationsIdentify internal communications needs and fulfil them through creative engagement initiativesCommunicate key messages which inform and empower our staff to deliver our business strategy, and help connect the China team to the rest of the companyManage multiple channels including newsletters, emails, Microsoft Teams, videos and HiveSupport issue/crisis management

Role requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Journalism, Communications, or related fields3-5 years of experience in media communications, with strong media networkExcellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a mustHands-on experience with employee communications will be an advantageSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative in content creationGood interpersonal skills with the ability to work confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels across regional/global geographies
