The Hospital Operations Sales Support team has responsibility to develop and deploy strategies in collaboration with Field Sales to enable sales growth objectives by ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the US market. The team supports Field Sales Management in achieving optimal inventory efficiency.
In support of efficient inventory management to support sales growth, this role is responsible for providing advanced analytics and insights to Sales Leadership. The role directly contributes to achieve sales and commercial objectives and has a high level of interaction with Sales Leadership at multiple levels. The role will lead and support projects through effective leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and deploy strategies in collaboration with Field Sales to enable sales growth objectives by ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the assigned accounts and field territories.
+ Identify analytical needs of US Sales leadership and work collaboratively to provide valuable, impactful insights and clear communication.
+ Coordinate and lead inventory rebalance and pullback opportunities
+ Coordinate NPI launches and new set deployments to assigned accounts and appropriate FSN locations
+ Proactively identify new insights to support business decisions and sales operation needs
+ Use analytic skills, latest available data sources and insights to drive data-driven decision making with Sales Leadership to achieve optimal inventory levels
+ Manage support requests from the FSO
+ Develop and support of Field Sales Systems that drive efficiencies in the end-to-end Sales Process
+ Perform data mining activities and analysis for sales and inventory stakeholders
+ Support Commercial strategy implementation by guiding applicable sales teams through process change management, as appropriate
+ Provide mentorship to other team members and transfer knowledge across departments, operating companies, etc.
+ Other administrative tasks as required by the internal team
Qualifications
Education:
+ Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience and Skills:
Required:
+ Minimum of 4 years business experience in Logistics, Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing, Commercial Operations, Sales, Inventory Management and/or related experience
+ Successful experience with leading and coordinating projects across multiple teams and partners
+ Creative problem-solving skills
+ Strong history of applying sophisticated Excel and Microsoft office applications
+ Utilization of analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlik or Power BI
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Ability to effectively develop and present presentations
+ Strong experience working with cross-functional teams
+ Experience in data management, analysis and visualization with proven track record to connect the analysis to insights that inspire action
+ Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with various levels of management and stakeholders
+ Experience in field sales communication and interactions
+ Domestic travel up to 25%
Preferred:
+ Ability to apply Excel at an advanced level (macros, linking of files) to inventory analysis
+ Experience with using systems to support set requests, reallocation and deployment for New Product Introductions and competitive conversion activities
+ Experience with process improvement
+ Experience with inventory management and sales analysis strongly preferred
+ Experience with SAP, Optimizer and/or SalesForce software
+ Experience in Medical Device industry

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$77,000-$124,200
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
