Job Description

  

Job Summary:

The Senior Collaboration Systems Engineer will share responsibility for the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of Teledyne’s voice and collaboration systems and services across over 260 locations worldwide. The position will assist to design architecture for Teledyne’s voice and collaboration environment and work closely with the manager of the group to set strategy and direction for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, manage and troubleshoot of all aspects of Cisco Webex Calling, from migration of legacy telephony solutions to setting up voice call queues for a contact center.Maintain, manage and troubleshoot existing Cisco Unified Communications on-premises environment.Maintain, manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams from a meetings and telephony perspective, including Microsoft Teams Room appliances, panels and IP phones, and associated Microsoft licensing.Maintain, manage and troubleshoot Zoom for Government platform and hosts.Assist with incidents and tasks in ServiceNow queues as needed

Qualifications:

Must have a thorough understanding of voice/video/collaboration system technologiesExcellent hands-on experience with the following Products/Technologies:All aspects of Cisco Webex Calling cloud telephony, including:WorkspacesVoice queues/CX EssentialsAttendant ConsoleEverbridge Redsky E911Webex Contact CenterWebex App, as a softphoneCisco On-Premises Unified Communication environment (CUCM, Unity Connection, Emergency Responder, Contact Center Express, Attendant Console Advanced)Intrado Revolution for paging, including SIP paging relays, paging adapters, speakers, horns, strobesCisco IP Phones: 7800-, 8800-, 9800-series, Webex 840/860 Wi-FiCisco Analog Voice Gateways: VG-series, ATAsCisco SIP Video Telepresence Endpoints: Webex Room Kit/Mini/Plus/70sMicrosoft Teams, including:Teams Room (MTR) appliances using Logitech/HP (Poly) video endpoints and peripheralsTeams Schedulers (Panels) using Logitech/HP (Poly) hardwareTeams Meetings policies and settings, for all three typesTeams Telephony, including IP phonesZoom (Zoom for Government preferred) video conferencingAlong with the above technologies, the following knowledge is also desirable:Cisco SBCs: Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)Imagicle Call RecordingTendfor for Microsoft Teams telephonyInterFAX Online Fax ServiceCisco routers and switches, including multicastCisco IOS softwareLAN/WAN links (Ethernet, WiFi, SD-WAN)Internal and external CA certificate managementVMWare VirtualizationWindows Server 2019/2022

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related field is desired with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceCCNA Collaboration or CCNP Voice Certification preferred
