Sr. Change Manager
We are looking for a Sr. Change Manager to join our Systems Inspections team. They will be helping with the SAFE PMO and there MOC effort.
MOC Effort for Electric: Assist with the current Management of Change (MOC) effort for Electric Operations and work with vendors to roll out the initiative across all Electric Operations.
Change Management: Continue to develop and enhance the change management process, leveraging over 15 years of experience in the field.
Analytical and Organizational Skills: Utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills to manage and organize various efforts, ensuring smooth progress and effective problem-solving.
Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage teams, ensuring that everyone stays on track and understands their roles and responsibilities.
Procedure Development and Implementation: Oversee the development, publication, and implementation of procedures, including EO Procedure Pilot/Implementation, OSCC AFI Gravity (JHA and Tailboard Rollout), Urbint Electronic Tailboard Pilot/Implementation, and EO JHA Procedure.
Human Performance: Establish and lead the Human Performance Oversight Committee, develop and deploy Human Performance (HU) training for Electric Operations, and ensure alignment with MOC procedures. Develop a long-term strategy for recurring training
