**Opportunity**
Kohler Co. Kitchen and Bath NA is looking for a Senior Category Analyst with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for driving results to join our growing Kitchen Fixtures team. You will be joining a leading global company committed to living on the leading edge in design and technology of product and process.

+ High-level understanding of new product development, channel marketing, manufacturing, forecasting, and production planning
**Specific Responsibilities**
+ Business analysis: Assessing portfolio effectiveness and making recommendations for improving sales performance
+ Goal setting: Determining sales goals
+ Making recommendations about distribution and pricing
+ Reporting: Compiling reports and communicating findings, insights to clients and executives
+ Data analysis: Analyzing data to identify opportunities to improve the layout and performance of the category
+ Performance monitoring: Collecting and analyzing data to gauge performance using KPIs and benchmarks
+ Turning POS, shipments, weeks of stock analysis and insights into product forecast recommendations
Demand and supply management
+ Maintain an up-to-date database of competitive & market information including product catalogs, price lists, current promotions, and new product introductions
+ Collaborate with channel marketing teams in executing new product launch plans and current product portfolio programming
+ Provide product support to sales organizations
**Skills/Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree required (any discipline).
+ At least 3 years of analytics experience and interpreting data to provide meaningful insights.
+ Travel Approx. 15-20% annually to Kohler manufacturing locations.

_The salary range for this position is $79,500 - $100,450. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k._
