This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto (250 Yonge St, Toronto) and/or Client office at a minimum 3-4 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities:Duties and responsibilities
• Define and finetune scope for real-time fraud detection application by collaborating with various stakeholders
• Define functional and non-functional requirements using user stories, use cases, business context diagrams, business process maps etc
• Design and document data flows
• Develop comprehensive Data Dictionaries
• Collaborate with Architects, BAs and Dev teams of Fraud as well as upstream application groups in defining various transactional custom data schemas based on the business stakeholder requirements (interfacing data schemas).
• Work closely with technology team to ensure the delivery of high quality integrations that meet all functional and non-functional requirements.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies both within fraud and external teams
• Create and maintain requirement traceability
• Support Architects and Dev teams in designing and implementing technical solutions
• Support PMs, Product Owners and Scrum Masters in planning and executing projects
• Support QA and Business stakeholders in defining/executing test plan/cases for FST and UAT during both E2E and internal validation cycles (including external certifications)
• Relevant Business Systems Analyst experience in a large-scale corporate context (12 or more years of relevant experience in this role).
• Ability to gather functional business process requirements and contribute to translating user requests into technical specifications.

Nice to have
• Exposure to Canadian retail and commercial banking domain
• Working knowledge of APIs, Kafka, SQL, Elasticsearch and data science
• Working Knowledge of ISO20022 payment messages
• Exposure to Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean and SAFe..
• Confluence, JIRA, Visio, Lucidchart
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
Certifications
• CBAP, Agile Certifications are nice to have
