Description Amazon’s Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Kuiper Government Solutions’ (KGS) mission is to leverage Kuiper and provide high speed, low latency, and secure satellite broadband services to United States and allied government customers. This position will be working on KGS’ Business Operations team. This role will support the international business needs of KGS, including business with both commercial and government entities. 10037 Key job responsibilities -Drive operational excellence in the delivery of Kuiper's satellite communications services to international customers -Develop and maintain processes for international business operations, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies -Partner with Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, and Technical stakeholders to support international expansion initiatives -Create and maintain documentation for operational procedures, training materials, and process improvements -Manage relationships with key stakeholders across internal Amazon teams -Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction -Support international business system implementation(s) to enable sales growth -Author business requirements that will define processes for technical operations, accounting, finance and tax functions to process sales of KGS products and services to government end customers. -Engage and communicate effectively on a wide range of technical and business discussions with internal Kuiper team members. -Leverage your expertise and judgment to work through and author business requirements documents (BRDs). -Identify and clear blockers with the right resources, escalating when appropriate. -Communicate clearly and effectively to peers and leadership on BRD plans, status, and critical issues. -Foster a constructive dialogue with stakeholders, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
