Sr. Business Operations Analyst

As a Business Operations Analyst you will be responsible for overseeing critical aspects of our operations, connecting the supply chain with business strategy, and providing central governance across BU Ops business planning pillars. You will also need to demonstrate deep insights of supply/demand balance and semiconductor market indicators to analyze opportunities for increased profitability (price/mix strategies). **Role and Responsibilities:** + Lead and implement process improvements. + Coordinate and lead weekly supply/demand interlock meetings. + Manage quarterly Sequence of Events (SOE) for Demand Planning, Revenue Planning, Slow Moving Inventory, and Other Processes. + Work closely with demand management teams to support the Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process. + Build, define and implement business processes and metrics that support Central BU objectives. + Develop sophisticated analytics to support business plan development and profitability optimization. + Nurture positive relationships and partnerships with cross functional teams (Demand Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Business Ops, Finance etc.) + Engage cross functionally to ensure proper wafer mix, inventory, and pricing strategies are in place. + Drive analysis and disposition of excess and slow-moving inventory + Prepare executive level presentations regarding business plans, market share, and planning scenarios **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Finance or a related analytical field + 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Finance + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Capable of presenting to Micron executives effectively. + Proven track record to work with executive leadership & turn ambiguity into action. + Strong critical thinking and continuous improvement demeanor. + In-depth knowledge of Supply/Demand/Inventory dynamics & pricing strategies. + Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and influence collaborators. + Ability to digest large amounts of data and turning into insights. + Proven ability to create insightful analytical tools (Tableau/PowerBi).
