Key Responsibilities:  

Lead and implement internal process improvements.  Coordinate and lead weekly internal supply/demand interlock meetings. Manage quarterly internal process Sequence of Events (SOE) for Demand Planning, Revenue Planning, Slow Moving Inventory, and Other Processes.  Work closely with Micron’s demand management teams in global supply chain to support the internal  review of Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process.  Build, define and implement business processes and metrics that support Central BU objectives.  Develop sophisticated analytics to support internal business plan development and profitability optimization.  Nurture positive relationships and partnerships with internal cross functional teams (Demand Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Business Ops, Finance etc.)  Engage cross functionally to ensure proper wafer mix to mitigate and inventoryDrive analysis and disposition of excess and slow-moving inventory in collaboration with internal Business Units and global supply chain Prepare executive level presentations regarding business plans, market share, and planning scenarios 

Minimum Qualifications:   

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Finance or a related analytical field  3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Finance Proven ability to create insightful analytical tools (Tableau/PowerBi). In-depth knowledge of Supply/Demand/Inventory dynamicsCapable of presenting to Micron executives effectively. 

Preferred Qualifications:   

Excellent communication and presentation skills.  Proven track record to work with executive leadership & turn ambiguity into action.  Strong critical thinking and continuous improvement demeanor.  Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and influence collaborators.  Ability to digest large amounts of data and turning into insights.
