* Design and implement comprehensive vendor/seller funding programs that drive customer value in payment products
* Create scalable playbooks and mechanisms to secure, manage, and optimize partner funding
* Develop business cases and ROI models to prioritize opportunities and demonstrate program value
* Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across Payment Products, Marketing, Finance, and Legal
* Partner in negotiations with vendors and sellers to secure funding commitments
* Establish program success metrics and reporting frameworks
* Drive continuous innovation in program design and execution
* Mentor team members and influence cross-functional partners

Strategic Impact:

* Own multi-million dollar funding targets
* Drive key business metrics including customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue
* Influence product strategy through partner-funded initiatives
