This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment out of Troy, MI.

Summary:

Business Pursuit finance analyst who is team oriented for working with cross sectional staffs of management, including commercial, engineering, manufacturing, program management, and finance.

Responsibilities:

Finance team lead on business pursuit/quotation projects for developing the project business casesFinance team lead for preparing business case appropriation requests for securing funding approvalProvide project finance updates for program gate reviews from appropriation request to launch this includes preparing the current program financials and the project program financial trackerProduct profitability analysisSpecial studies as required

Must Haves (Basic Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in Business5+ years of experienceDemonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Teams, Visio, etc.)Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organizationStrong results-orientation and execution characteristicsStrong leadership skills, flexible, and a continuous improvement mindsetExcellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a teamAbility to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independentlyResourcefully innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
