Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, development and testing teams to identify business needs and requirementsConduct research and analysis to develop a deep understanding of the business and industry trends, specifically related to Banking, Credit Card, Wallet, PaymentsDocument business requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flowsDevelop and maintain functional specifications, requirements traceability matrices, and other project documentationConduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to elicit requirements and feedbackWork with the product managers and development team to define, groom and prioritize product backlogsParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesFunctional Documentation for releases/products/solutions.Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersSupport the development of training and user documentationRequirements:
