As a Sr. Business Analyst on the eero Commercial Operations team, you will help drive data-informed decisions across Sales Operations, Order Management, Supply Planning, and Business Development teams, play a key role in in analyzing customer trends, forecasts, and identifying actionable insights that enable us to better support our customers, including internet service providers, custom installers, retailers, enterprises, and other global partners.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide visibility into sales, operational, and revenue performance
- Partner with Sales and Finance teams to support planning, forecasting, and business reviews
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in channel performance and customer behavior
- Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality and reporting automation
- Drive ad-hoc analyses on sales, operations and customer trends
- Support the development of business cases for new programs, partnerships, and markets

Basic Qualifications
- Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- 5+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Quicksight, Power BI)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience in business-process design or equivalent
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
