GENERAL SUMMARY:
As a Sr. BI Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders across the organization to develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and analyses that support strategic initiatives and day-to-day decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain routine and ad-hoc reports using tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
Interpret and present complex data to diverse audiences, including leadership, physicians, and clinical teams
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve reporting processes and support key business goals
Handle multiple high-priority requests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Maintain data quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field3+ years of experience in healthcare or a business analytics setting Expert proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) Experience working with enterprise databases and EMR systems (Epic/Clarity/Caboodle preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills—comfortable presenting to executive sUnderstanding of statistical concepts and familiarity with data visualization best practices Programming experience and Epic certification are a plus#LI-VD1
