Role:
We are seeking a technically skilled & highly motivated individual to work within our growing Global IT Organization. This role requires a range of experience supporting Windows servers running customer-facing and internal applications.

Responsibilities:

Support Oracle EBS including incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis, automations, and handling high severity issues within SLA.Participate in BillingPlatform initiatives, implementations, and daily support.Document and maintain billing and financial internal processes and contribute to process improvements, system mapping, and user training in the areas of Billing, Collections, Cash Applications, and Financial CloseWork closely with all Billing, Accounting, and IT teams to automate manual processes, implement best practices, and ensure our business needs are met with a cross-functional lens.Lead meetings with user groups, super users, process experts, functional leaders frequently to discuss issues/ideas and requested/proposed changes.Analyze the business requirements of all internal departments to standardize/improve business practices, processes, procedures for BillingPlatform.Analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvementResponsible for proactive action regarding updates, including researching known issues, testing key processes, and educating business SMEs/BPOs on BillingPlatform functionality.Work closely with teams to understand current processes and issues, how proposed solution changes to platforms/systems will impact financial operations, and to assist with the development of new logic and financial setup.Support the Billing team as a subject matter expertCreate reports using BillingPlatform data for use in Excel, PowerBI, etc.Configure BillingPlatform

 

 

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred5-7  years of progressive accounting/finance experience with enterprise billing applicationsHighly organized and detail-oriented Self-driven with the ability to work collaboratively.Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast paced, hyper-growth environmentStrong analytical and data reconciliation skillsSolution-oriented, proposing new solutions to problems and processesStrong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams outside of the Finance DepartmentBillingPlatform experience (Preferred)SQL knowledge (Preferred)PowerBI knowledge (Preferred)
