The Senior Billing Analyst is a mid-level role responsible for leading billing processes across multiple locations, with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and insightful financial analysis. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of billing systems, and the ability to manage complex datasets and provide recommendations for improvements.

Major Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end invoice processing, including generation, validation, and distribution, in accordance with contractual and policy requirementsMonitor and reconcile billing data across regions to ensure accuracy and completenessPerform variance analysis and identify trends, anomalies, or areas for process improvementSupport month-end close activities related to billing and revenue entries.Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepanciesPrepare routine and ad hoc reports to support financial tracking and decision-makingMaintain organized billing records to support internal audits and compliance effortsRecommend improvements to enhance billing accuracy, consistency, and workflow efficiency

Minimum Experience or Skills Required

2–4 years of experience in billing, accounting, or financial operations rolesSolid understanding of billing systems and financial reconciliation processes preferredProficient in Excel, with experience working with financial data and reporting toolsFamiliarity with month-end closing procedures and variance analysisStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesEffective communicator, capable of working with teams across departments and locationsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.

Salary - $65000 - $75000
