Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Developer to support beverage innovation and development within a dynamic R&D environment. This role focuses on the creation and optimization of new beverage products for food service and ready-to-drink channels. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in food science, hands-on lab experience, and a passion for crafting exceptional beverage experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead formulation development and flavor selection for new beverage productsConduct batching, processing, and sample preparationSupport sensory evaluations and consumer tastingsOperate analytical lab equipment and manage data collection/reportingCollaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partnersMaintain accurate formula records using database toolsWork independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyQualificationsRequired:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific field5+ years of experience in food and beverage product developmentStrong lab skills, including batching, processing, and analytical testingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheets, and formula management toolsAbility to lift 20–30 lbs and stand for extended periods during processing daysExcellent communication and organizational skillsPreferred:

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $38.00/hr.
