Execute & Validate: Run automated test suites across Dev, QA and UAT orgs. Analyze results, triage failures and fine-tune scripts for flakiness or environment drift. Documentation: For every story and regression scenario, produce clear test-automation design docs, mapping user stories test cases Copado test jobs. Maintain versioned test-case repositories. Regression-Suite Management: Package your Copado automations into the projects Regression Plan. Ensure nightly and pre-release pipelines include the latest test jobs, and report pass/fail trends. CI/CD Integration: Hook Copado automated tests into the full Copado pipelinepromote metadata, trigger test jobs post-deploy, and gate promotions on test-success metrics. Collaboration & Handoff: Partner with developers and release managers to onboard new features into the automation suite. Mentor junior QAs on Copado best practices. Required Skills & Experience 58 years QA Automation in Salesforce, with 3+ years specifically building tests in Copado Test Automation. Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata (Apex classes, LWC, Flows) and how to validate them via Copado. Hands-on experience configuring Copado Pipelines, Promotion Automation, and Test Automation Packs. Strong test-design skills: data-driven, keyword-driven and behaviour-driven approachesimplemented entirely within Copado. Proven track record of owning a regression suite: keeping tests reliable, up to date, and integrated into nightly and pre-release runs. Excellent technical writing: able to produce clear test-automation documentation aligned to user stories and acceptance criteria.
