Job Title: Sr Associate Scientist

Compensation: $38-$40

Overview
The Sr. Associate Scientist will join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team to support the advancement of a preclinical ADC pipeline. This role focuses on hands-on execution of in vitro cell-based assays, data analysis, and general lab operations to drive research efforts and deliver actionable scientific insights.
Responsibilities
Perform in vitro cell-based screening assays on ADCs and ADC payloads
Conduct mammalian cell culture and related laboratory techniques
Analyze experimental data using relevant software and present results to internal teams
Support experimental design and troubleshooting of assays
Manage general laboratory operations, including inventory, equipment maintenance, and waste management
Maintain compliance with safety training and good laboratory practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in biology or a related discipline
1–3 years of experience with mammalian cell culture and in vitro cell-based assays
Experience designing experiments and interpreting scientific data
Proficiency with data analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with general biology lab tasks and procedures
