**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 5 to 9 years of experience in o9 Demand Planning o9 Supply Chain Analytics and o9 Supply Chain Master Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management preferably within the consumer goods sector. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to drive impactful solutions. **Responsibilities** + Lead the implementation of o9 Demand Planning solutions to optimize forecasting and inventory management. + Oversee the development and execution of o9 Supply Chain Analytics to provide actionable insights. + Provide expertise in o9 Supply Chain Master Planning to enhance overall supply chain efficiency. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain challenges. + Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery of solutions. + Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. + Ensure the integration of o9 solutions with existing systems and processes. + Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track project success. + Train and mentor junior team members on o9 solutions and best practices. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance. + Support the development of business cases for new supply chain initiatives. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in o9 Demand Planning o9 Supply Chain Analytics and o9 Supply Chain Master Planning. + Have a solid understanding of supply chain management principles. + Experience in the consumer goods sector is highly desirable. + Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills. + Show proficiency in project management and data analysis. + Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shift schedule. **Certifications Required** o9 Certified Professional APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
