**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in AEM Frontend and AEM Backend development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift with no travel requirements. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain AEM Frontend and Backend components to ensure seamless integration and functionality. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for AEM projects. + Implement best practices in AEM development to enhance performance and scalability. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM components and integrations. + Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members. + Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards through code reviews and testing. + Optimize AEM solutions for maximum speed and scalability. + Participate in the design and architecture of AEM solutions to meet business needs. + Stay updated with the latest AEM trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes. + Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective AEM solutions. + Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines for AEM implementations. + Document technical specifications and project-related information for future reference. + Collaborate with IT Consulting and Analytics teams to leverage domain expertise in AEM projects. **Qualifications** + Possess strong experience in AEM Frontend and Backend development. + Have a background in IT Consulting and Analytics which is a nice to have. + Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Exhibit proficiency in English language skills both written and spoken. + Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Display strong collaboration and communication skills. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AEM technologies and best practices. **Certifications Required** Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
