**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Test Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management and a background in Industrial Manufacturing is a plus. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional to ensure the highest quality standards in our software solutions. **Responsibilities** + Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for IBM Maximo Asset Management applications. + Identify document and track software defects to ensure resolution. + Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies. + Perform functional regression and performance testing to ensure software quality. + Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. + Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders. + Participate in requirement and design review meetings to provide input from a testing perspective. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing. + Mentor and guide junior testers to improve their skills and knowledge. + Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions. + Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall quality. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing and IBM Maximo Asset Management. + Contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring high-quality deliverables. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong understanding of IBM Maximo Asset Management and its functionalities. + Have experience in Industrial Manufacturing domain is a plus. + Demonstrate proficiency in automated testing tools and techniques. + Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Show strong communication and collaboration abilities. + Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality. **Certifications Required** Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management V7.6 Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
