We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical pharmacy professional to join our Seller Support team as a Pharmacy Inventory Management Associate. This role will focus on supporting pharmacy sellers on Amazon India's marketplace platform, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations while optimizing inventory and supply chain operations.
The Pharmacy IM Associate will partner with pharmacy sellers to manage their inventory, fulfillment, and logistics requirements while ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical storage and handling guidelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, understanding of pharmacy operations, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day pharmacy seller operations while meeting quality standards and SLAs
• Monitor pharmaceutical inventory levels and expiration dates across seller accounts
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical storage and transportation
• Develop and maintain performance reports focused on key pharmacy operational metrics
• Coordinate with FCs to maintain proper pharmaceutical storage conditions
• Drive data-based decisions using Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools
Specific Duties:
Daily interaction with pharmacy sellers to optimize stock levels and prevent stockouts
Coordinate FC appointments for pharmaceutical products, ensuring proper handling protocols
Monitor temperature-sensitive medication storage and transportation requirements
Provide feedback to stakeholders regarding pharmacy seller performance and compliance
Review and recommend improvements to SOPs for pharmaceutical handling
Generate and analyze pharmacy-specific inventory and compliance reports
Identify and resolve pharmaceutical supply chain challenges
Collaborate with FC teams to maintain pharmaceutical storage standards
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Understanding of pharmaceutical storage and handling requirements
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-2 years experience in pharmacy operations or supply chain
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Understanding of cold chain management
