高级专员 III，手术事业部，该岗位主要负责在辖区内通过销售眼科手术产品达成销售目标，通过客户关系建设、需求响应及产品演示支持提升客户满意度。具体职责包括：
• 在指定客户或辖区内达成销售目标
• 通过多样化销售活动推广并销售爱尔康产品
• 与关键意见领袖及高使用量客户建立深度关系
• 挖掘并开发新业务机会
• 制定并实施销售计划与战略
• 定期拜访客户并提供必要支持
• 举办客户会议及活动以更新产品、服务及价格信息
• 建立并维护客户数据库
• 开展竞争对手市场分析以维护产品份额及制定应对策略
