Sr. Associate I, Vision Care General Field Sales & Account Management

This role is part of Alcon's Sales & Sales Support function, a team that helps provide access to products across all channels in an effort to drive customer satisfaction with eye care professionals to help people see brilliantly.

The Sr. Associate I, Vision Care General Field Sales & Account Management (Professional Path), is primarily responsible for achieving sales targets for specific accounts by developing and implementing strategic sales plans. You will build long-term relationships, understand customer needs, and negotiate contracts to effectively position Alcon and its brands. Specifics include:

• Achieve sales targets for specific accounts by establishing and implementing a sales/business plan for designated clients or sales programs
• Drive sales, promotion, and development in designated accounts to reach commercial goals
• Develop a customer development strategy and dedicated Key Account Management action plans for assigned accounts
• Establish and develop long-term relationships with key customers by acquiring a thorough understanding of their needs and requirements
• Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives
• Prepare and negotiate contracts and guide initiatives targeting specific accounts
• Organize customer events and other programs independently or with the marketing/medical department
• Analyze market situations, including competitive intelligence on key accounts and competitors, and contribute to the mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling
• Provide accurate and timely data for the Alcon Customer Relationship Management system
• Execute the Alcon Vision Care strategic plan within a defined territory
• Facilitate the implementation of programs and strategies to assist practices in growing their contact lenses and contact lens care businesses
