Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Sr. Associate-Facilities for our Facility & Property Management team in Sarrat, Philippines. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities while providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgradesCollaborate with vendors, staff, and the Property Management Group to achieve facilities goals and objectivesManage facility inventory and assets, ensuring proper documentation and trackingCoordinate maintenance activities and inspections required by code or internal standardsAssist in budget preparation, monitoring, and utilization for both CAPEX and Operating ExpensesPlan and implement facilities projects, including renovations, relocations, and equipment installationsReview and validate invoices in PeopleSoft prior to paymentManage facility maintenance personnel and coordinate with General Services staffHandle leasehold improvements and upkeep of critical equipment (e.g., UPS, Genset, PACU, ACU)Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, policies, and deliverables pertaining to facilitiesCoordinate with Technical & Finance Departments on Corporate Asset managementMaintain and update trackers for AMC, utilities consumption, and other relevant metricsRespond to facility emergencies and provide after-hours support when requiredQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; Licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer preferredProven experience in facility and property managementStrong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and health and safety regulationsProficiency in designing and computing Electrical and Mechanical plansExperience in operating and maintaining Generator sets and UPS unitsBasic project management skills and familiarity with facilities management softwareExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and build professional relationships with team members and stakeholdersDetail-oriented with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalismFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and conditionsWillingness to work extended or flexible hours when necessaryProactive approach to developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team membersStrong work ethic, integrity, and team-building abilitiesAdditional InformationSutherland Global Services reserves the right to add, delete or otherwise alter assigned duties at any time.
