In this role, a typical day will include:

重点客户经理，手术事业部，主要负责推动销售运营并实现区域或本地销售子职能的绩效目标。您将通过培训和指导，发展一支高效的销售团队，运用专业知识和经验，通过自我导向的工作方式高效实现目标，提升个人能力与职业发展。具体职责包括：

• 推动销售运营计划并实现商定的销售和更广泛的绩效目标
• 制定和执行业务计划以推动销售目标的实现
• 管理区域销售和费用预算
• 有效的优化资源分配以实现所需的业务结果
• 维护现有客户并开发新的业务机会
• 管理与关键客户决策者、关键意见领袖和患者协会的关系
• 作为高级管理层与销售代表/产品专家之间的沟通桥梁
• 根据公司战略和标准制定品牌的战略和战术计划
• 收集和更新市场、竞争对手数据、价格情报和关键客户的必要信息
• 掌握产品和疾病领域的知识，并在这些领域指导团队
• 及时了解市场趋势和竞争对手活动
