As a Sr. Associate, Platform Enablement & Usability supporting MARLO Sales & Sales Support Team, you will lead platform operations and usability initiatives supporting Alcon’s digital solution, MARLO. This role combines operational excellence with future looking problem-solving. The ideal candidate will not only drive seamless platform experiences and cross-functional collaboration but also, solve complex challenges independently, and proactively remove barriers to execution. This role is pivotal in shaping scalable processes and delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Independently identify and resolve complex operational and usability challenges.Proactively remove barriers to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact initiatives.Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for internal and external stakeholders.Platform Expertise & Support
Maintain deep knowledge of platform functionality, user scenarios, and experience nuances.Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and escalation point for internal and external support teams.Lead pilot initiatives and platform enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Operational Execution
Oversee and execute critical business operations tasks, including but not limited to:Journal Entry review and submission to Accounting. Acting as SPOC for internal and external financial auditing questions.Platform-related billing (e.g., SaaS memberships, payment processor fees, feature usage). Overseeing the exceptions processes and ensuring legal requirements are met.Stewarding complex customer ownership changes, offboarding, and re-onboarding activities – accountable to seamless transitions and digitally elevated experiences.Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all operational deliverables.Enablement & Process Optimization
Drive the design and implementation of enablement processes for new features and customer segments.Create and maintain scalable documentation, training materials, and process guides.Continuously assess and improve platform usability and adoption strategies.WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.0 yrs)2 Years of Relevant Experience1 Years of Demonstrated LeadershipThe ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.Location: On-site in Ft. Worth, TXPreferred Skills:
