Sr. Associate, Origin Warehouse Consolidation & Trucking

Position overview:
We are looking for an experienced senior specialist to join our team and be responsible for managing and optimizing origin leg 1 operations, including warehouse consolidations and trucking operations process to ensure operational efficiency and service quality. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to influence and drive the company's business.
Job Requirements:
+ At least 8 years of experience in warehouse LCL operations and trucking operations with a professional background in supply chain and logistics management. Work experience in the cross-border eCommerce industry is preferred.
+ Familiar with warehouse management processes, including but not limited to inbound receiving, storing, picking, packing, container loading and outbound, and customs clearance procedures in bonded zones. Familiar with origin trucking operations, order management, and shipper experience.
+ Strong written and verbal English communications skills
+ Proficient in warehouse management system (WMS) and office software (excel/google sheet etc)
+ Experienced in vendor management, driving continuous performance improvement.
+ Strong leadership skills and team management experience, able to motivate and coach team members.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong cross-functional communication skills.
+ Ability to accommodate occasional travel to other major port warehouses for audits and employee training.
Main duty:
+ Manage and supervise warehouse consolidation operations and truck operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
+ Develop and implement warehouse and truck operating standards and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
+ Conduct regular warehouse audits to ensure operations comply with company policies and industry standards.
+ Train and coach warehouse employees to improve their professional skills and work performance.
+ Work with internal and external teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve customer satisfaction.
+ Monitor warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs) and take necessary actions to achieve goals.
+ Respond to emergencies and emergencies to ensure business continuity.
