Sr. Associate, DashMart Kitchens - Strategy & Operations
About the Team We're looking for someone to help scale DoorDash's next billion dollar business, DashMart, by growing our in-house food program, DashMart Kitchens. The DashMart Kitchens team is focused on building a new type of restaurant platform within DashMart, offering a broad selection of prepared foods and well-known restaurant staples to our customers' doorsteps. About the Role We’re hiring a Sr. Associate who will own portions of our supply chain sourcing strategy, help define our data management processes, aid in crafting our systems and tooling roadmap, and serve as a key metric owner helping to drive down our consumer facing out of stock. The Sr. Associate will work closely with our broader supply chain, master data, culinary development, and product & eng partners to support the business by driving key strategic sourcing conversations and decisions, documenting and implementing processes around core data management, leading weekly metric reviews, and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. Responsibilities + Lead both small and large recurring group meetings, own defining and driving resolution towards action items, and craft weekly project updates on key strategic initiatives + Document gaps in our current sourcing and data management processes and lead cross functional work streams to address and improve these areas + Draft business requirement documentation for proposed product enhancements and tooling for our central and local teams to utilize in their daily or weekly operations + Utilize tools such as Excel, Sigma, and SQL to execute and root cause key metric performance About You + Bachelor’s degree required + Strong ownership mentality + Proficiency with SQL, google sheets, and excel + Extremely detail-oriented and organized + Effective written and verbal communication skills + Experience in Buying, Supply Chain, data management, or product operations preferred Why You’ll Love Working at DoorDash + We are leaders - Leadership is not limited to our management team. We expect this position to be filled by 9/23/25 Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
